SUMMARY:Lime Kiln Theater\, Lesington\, VA\, Robert Earl Keen
DESCRIPTION:No two creative lives unfold the same way\, and for Robert Earl Keen\, the story was never going to end with a quiet retreat. After decades on the road\, with 21 albums\, countless shows\, songs sung by legends like George Strait and The Highwaymen\, and honors ranging from the BMI Troubadour Award to the Texas A&M Distinguished Alumni Award\, he might have had every reason to slow down. But Keen has always seen the open road as a beginning\, never an end. This year alone\, he made his Grand Ole Opry debut\, joined Tyler Childers for a sold-out performance at the Hollywood Bowl\, and helped his longtime friends Turnpike Troubadours bring the house down at Red Rocks Amphitheater. \n\n\n\nLime Kiln Theater is a non-profit organization that enriches the community’s culture by producing and presenting the arts in our unique historic spaces. It became their song\, she became his wife\, and he became The Diamond Image. Come see the story unfold live\, along with the story of Neil Diamond’s struggles and triumphs\, enjoying hits like “Sweet Caroline\,” “Song Sung Blue\,” “Hello Again\,” “Brother Love\,” “America\,” and many more. \n\n\n\nThe mission of the Masonic Theatre Preservation Foundation is to serve the greater Alleghany Highlands community through a variety of educational\, entertainment\, business\, and social programs\, and to partner with organizations in need of a facility to host their programs. SUMMARY:Lime Kiln Theater\, Lesington\, VA\, Jake worthington
DESCRIPTION:For Big Loud Texas traditionalist Jake Worthington\, country music is in his DNA. The La Porte\, Texas\, native was raised on his grandfather’s porch\, where he heard performances by Ray Price\, Merle Haggard\, and George Jones\, and soon picked up his own Gibson acoustic to realize the breadth of his soon-to-be-classic\, wide-and-wild voice. Now\, Worthington breathes fresh life into dance halls\, beer joints\, and ballrooms from Texas to Tennessee with his growing catalog – his sophomore album When I Write The Song is out now with Miranda Lambert collaboration  “Hello Shitty Day\,” “I’m The One (feat. Marty Stuart)\,” viral “It Ain’t The Whiskey” and more. Captivating the masses with his honky-tonk stylings\, the singer-songwriter hits the road this year on his headlining Intent To Tonk Tour\, as well as opening dates with Luke Combs\, Luke Bryan\, HARDY\, Parker McCollum\, Riley Green\, and Ian Munsick. “I believe in country music as much as I believe in my next breath\,” Worthington declares\, and “blame it on my upbringing\, but I think there ought to be room for country in country music.” \n\n\n\nLime Kiln Theater is a non-profit organization that enriches the community’s culture by producing and presenting the arts in our unique historic spaces. Attending a show at Lime Kiln is a unique and immersive experience. The natural stone walls\, trees\, and stars overhead blend perfectly with the folk\, roots\, and bluegrass tunes that cast a spell and get toes tapping in our audience every season. Our Bowl venue holds 675 guests on our wooden benches and grassy spaces\, giving you the option to bring your own chairs and blanket and get cozy. Each season we host area food trucks and open our doors over an hour before the show begins\, giving you time to catch up with friends over delicious local fare. SUMMARY:Historic Masonic Theatre\, Piano Men: Generations
DESCRIPTION:Two Pianos – One Extraordinary Band!Piano Men: Generations isn’t just a concert—it’s a high-octane\, emotionally charged musical journey led by a father-son duo and a world-class band that takes audiences on a ride they won’t forget. At its heart are Terry and Nick—father and son\, bonded by blood and a deep love for the music of Billy Joel and Elton John. Their on-stage chemistry is genuine\, spontaneous\, and moving—sometimes funny\, always magnetic. Elevating the show is the live band—an electrifying ensemble of elite musicians who are stars in their own right. Guitar solos soar\, bass lines groove\, and the rhythm section drives the performance with precision. At the core is drummer Mike Richau—the visual and sonic heartbeat of the band. With jaw-dropping stick flips\, relentless energy\, and razor-sharp timing\, he turns every show into a spectacle. One moment he’s laying down a subtle groove\, the next he’s launching into a thunderous solo—sticks flying\, crowd roaring. From the first chord to the final encore\, the show is a rollercoaster of iconic hits\, delivered with authenticity\, showmanship\, and a deep sense of legacy. The result? A celebration of music\, family\, and unforgettable moments that span decades and bring generations together. \n\n\n\nThe mission of the Masonic Theatre Preservation Foundation is to serve the greater Alleghany Highlands community through a variety of educational\, entertainment\, business\, and social programs\, and to partner with organizations in need of a facility to host their programs. By doing so\, the Masonic Theatre and Amphitheater will be used as first-class venues for performances and as a multi-use space for community activities.  As a result\, the programs and activities in the Theatre will enhance the area’s tourism\, economic development\, and business growth\, while attracting more visitors to the Alleghany Highlands. The community will come together to support and encourage educational and cultural programming initiated by and for the community.

SUMMARY:Lime Kiln Theater\, Lesington\, VA\, RISING APPALACHIA
DESCRIPTION:Sisters Leah Song and Chloe Smith were raised in Atlanta in a blue-collar bohemian family. Their mom was a fiddler\, their dad a sculptor. In Appalachia\, farmers still practice the ancestral tradition of companion planting. Corn grows tall as a trellis\, beans climb the corn\, and squash provides the ground cover. Rising Appalachia cultivates a similar symbiosis in their music\, where Southern folk traditions\, New Orleans swamp culture\, and Atlanta’s street spirit strengthen each other. Known for their seamless harmonies\, song catching and storytelling\, the band has released ten albums and toured throughout North America\, South America\, Europe\, the Celtic Isles\,  Australia\, and beyond — performing everywhere from the Telluride Bluegrass Festival and Red Rocks to NPR’s Tiny Desk. All the while\, the band has cultivated a devoted grassroots following traveling to communities big and small by train\, horseback\, bio-diesel bus\, and sailboat. \n\n\n\nLime Kiln Theater is a non-profit organization that enriches the community’s culture by producing and presenting the arts in our unique historic spaces.
